Sandra is a consultant and trainer with over 12 years experience in both the public and private sectors with a passion for the development of individual potential.
After completing a degree in History, Sandra worked for Marks and Spencer PLC for 16 years. Her final position was as Head of Personnel at the flag ship store, Marble Arch. Utilising her Human Resource experience Sandra has worked as a consultant and a trainer for 12 years. During this period Sandra has delivered in house training and consultancy to a wide range of organisations in areas including, leadership skills, performance management, people management skills, business planning and recruitment and selection, incorporating the design and delivery of assessment centres. Sandra is an experienced executive and personal coach working with a diverse range of individuals.
Sandra was, until recently, Vice Chair of her local hospital trust, having responsibility for strategic development and operational achievement. As a non-executive director she was the Chair of the Audit Committee, the non executive member on the project board for ‘Agenda for Change’, and the Improving Working Lives Group. In addition, Sandra is Vice Chair of Governors at a large comprehensive school.
