Judith
is an experienced trainer with considerable experience within the professional
sectors. After leaving University she started her management career in the National
Health Service, where she acquired expertise in change management, risk assessment,
training, commissioning of new projects and developing, negotiating and implementing
new policies and procedures. Judith is an Associate of the Institute of Healthcare
Management.
After 13 years she left her Chief Executive position within the National Health
Service to run her own business and has been a consultant and trainer for many
years. She has designed and delivered a wide range of practice management courses,
specialising in communication skills, team building, leadership and influencing
skills, appraisal skills, change management and organisational skills.
Judith is also an IRCA Lead Auditor (ISO 9001:2000)
